Lotus Workshop
Come join us in our quest for conscious self awareness this coming October 17th 18th for a weekend conference and workshops on the 19th, in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. It will focus on communication, relationships, spirituality, and sexuality issues of today. We invite you to come and learn with some of the best educators and authors available. Learn first hand from their experience and vast resources of information. Our purpose is to provide the information needed to enhance your life and to make you and your relationships grow and flourish. SACRED SENSUAL DANCE EVENING: Dance, Trance, Training, Ritual & Peformance.

Have you ever wanted to explore your inner sacred exhibitionist/performer? Or revel in the awe and beauty of your inner scared voyeur/witness?

Have you longed for an opportunity to invoke sacred energies and elements? Deeply desired to trance dance your bliss? Loved to be witnessed in the glory of your dancing god/ess self? Or wanted to see dancing that evoked both the erotic and the sacred?

Then this Evening of Sacred Sensual Dance is for you.

We begin each evening invoking a Sacred Temple. There will be guided circles and warm-ups for our heart, inner flame and physical body. Then we will alternate between opportunities for open ecstatic trance dancing and pre-arranged performances. (If you would like a performance slot, please contact us to sign up) Recommended time slots, approximately 5 minutes.

Women's Sensuality, Self-expression and Success Series
This six month series is led by the talented teacher/goddess Francesca Gentille. She will lead us through an awakening and exploration of our senses and our life path. More detailed info here.

The series will be held over six Sundays and five shorter Wednesday evenings. The last session will be an overnight starting Saturday afternoon.
